Ordering online through The Copper Warehouse is quick and easy. All of the personal financial information volunteered to The Copper Warehouse is protected in an encrypted environment to insure your safety.

The Copper Warehouse accepts the following forms of credit card payment: Master Card, Visa, and American Express. Purchases made with credit card will be processed immediately. We are happy to accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, and Personal Checks, however all hard copy forms of payment must clear our bank before we process the order for shipping. These hard copy forms of payment can slightly delay the processing, and in turn, the shipping times.

AVAILABILITY
Our pricing reflects great value because we strive to maintain a high level of inventory for all of our merchandise available at our online store. Occasionally demand does surpass our supplies as we replenish our stock. This can cause a slight delay in the shipping of your merchandise. If you have a critical time frame in which you are working please contact us to verify the item is in stock.

SHIPPING CLAIMS AND ERRORS
The Copper Warehouse inspects all outbound shipments before they leave our facilities. The Copper Warehouse uses UPS or Best Way as its shipper and damage can occur during transit. Damage can occur in two primary fashions: concealed damage, and noticeable damage. A claim can not be filed for either type of claim unless all of the original packaging is available for inspection without any alterations. All shipping claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM FROM THE COPPER WAREHOUSE WHEN RETURNING AN ALREADY ACCEPTED PACKAGE DUE TO A SHIPPING CLAIM.

All claims will be denied if the above criteria are not met. The Copper Warehouse reserves the right to take up to five business days to resolve its shipping matters with UPS or the Best Way shipper. We are confident that when the above criteria is met that all freight claims are resolved quickly and easily. In the event that The Copper Warehouse ships an incorrect item we will replace the item at no cost to the customer, however we must be contacted and we must verify that the item is indeed incorrect.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM FROM THE COPPER WAREHOUSE WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM WHICH HAS BEEN SHIPPED INCORRECTLY.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All items that are ordered from The Copper Warehouse can be returned within our guidelines and time frame. We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn't turn out the way it was planned. Many unforeseen circumstances can lead for the need to return an item. We ask that you carefully check all of the dimensions and specifications before ordering and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. This is why we allow all items to be returned within 30 days of receipt; however, we will asses a 10% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the costs of the return freight, and shipping costs from our facility to the delivered address are not refundable.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM FROM THE COPPER WAREHOUSE WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM.

The Copper Warehouse will process an exchange. We will asses a 10% restocking fee for all exchanges, and the customer is responsible for the costs of the return freight, and shipping costs from our facility to the delivered address are not refundable. The value of the original purchase will be applied to the new purchase. In the event that the balance is more then the original purchase amount then another charge will be processed to cover the difference. In the event that the balance is less then the original purchase amount the difference will be credited.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
The Copper Warehouse goes to great lengths to assure the highest level of quality control. In the event that a sink is defective we will replace it at no cost to the customer, however, we will not cover additional costs such as labor to install or uninstall products. We will not honor an exchange or refund for a defective product if the product has been misused, neglected or harmed in any manner outside of our care instructions. Please see the care instructions for these terms.
